Paola De Pietri
Born in 1960 in Reggio Emilia, Paola De Pietri is today a major actor of italian photography. In addition to her recent collaborations with the Biennal of Venice and Torino’s international Biennal of Photography, Paola De Pietri took part, since 1994, in many collective exhibitions with the principal Italian and European institutions dedicated to contemporary art. In 2000, Via Emilia, Luoghi e non Luoghi within the framework of Linea di Confine per Fotografia Contemporanea and the exhibition The New Italian Landscape at the Electra Foundation, in Paris, devoted the work of Paola De Pietri on landscape.
