For his new show Allott brings his extraordinary creative energy to his love of robots. The images in the show have a charm and warmth about them, they are robots with a personality. In some we see a sense of loneliness, others just seem “happy to help”, another is perhaps a little forlorn and in others we see pride or even heroism.

Julien Claus is both a visual and sound artist. For his exhibition at Chelles he has produced a sensory installation which fuses architecture, acoustics and the essence of the place. “Isotropie de l’ellipse tore” juxtaposes a monumental wooden sculpture and a cyclic sound composition which waxes and wanes within the space of the churches.

For her residence at the Maison des Arts, Élodie Brémaud launched a program of activity ranging across the town of Malakoff. The artist plays on the discord between acts undertaken and their documentation.

A tour of the Chapuisat brothers’ exhibition and introduction to the ‘Siestes électroniques’, a festival dedicated to electronic music. Somewhere between architecture and sculpture, the brothers’ work conceives of sculpture as enlarged to encompass the whole of real space. Their works shatter perceptions of space, movement and gravity.
