Art inventing peace?

In 2 days: May 14 → 18, 2025

On the occasion of the International Day of Living Together in Peace, IHEID organizes a special event on May 16, 6.30 — 8.30pm, addressing the question
“Can art help with peace?” with presentations by
Barbara Polla, Bozena Schmid-Adamczyk, Nikolay Khozyainov and Julien Serve

In this context, Analix Forever proposes a five days exhibition entitled
“Art inventing peace?”, with works by: Said Baalbaki, Abdul Rahman Katanani, Rachel Labastie, JiSun Lee, Tuomo Manninen, Gianluigi Maria Masucci, Robert Montgomery, Gianni Motti, Julien Serve and Anne Voeffray

To illustrate “living together in peace”, both Julien Serve (Paris) and Gianluigi Maria Masucci (Naples) have represented the laundry that we hang outside: at the same time very intimate and shared with all our neighbors…

As for the “F… moi la paix” exhibition, which was the starting point of Analix Forever’s art and peace project, the video Peace in progress by JiSun Lee
will be projected in the video room.
