The exhibition returns to the story of Dibutade: on the eve of her lover’s departure she outlines his head’s shadow, projected onto the wall by lantern light. If this gesture is considered as the origin of painting and sculpture, it invites us to explore our relationship with the visible, as well as drawing as it relates to the gesture and to the body.
