Friends, Countrymen

Past: November 17, 2012 → January 19, 2013

Gaudel de Stampa is pleased to present Friends, Countrymen, curated by gallery-artist Lina Viste Grønli.
For this show Lina has invited her close circle of friends to exhibit, a diverse group who are among the most prominent Norwegian artists of their generation.

Friends, Countrymen is Lina’s second attempt at curating. In 2007 she co-curated, with Anders Smebye, the exhibition Robert Smithson at Fotogalleriet, Oslo, which, contrary to the show’s title, did not include any works by Smithson himself.

+ Geir Haraldseth new book Great! I’ve Written Something Stupid. Selected projects by Geir Haraldseth 2005-2012, out now on Torpedo Press, will also be available.
