Rencontre avec Kader Attia et Jean-Jacques Lebel
Saison Discorde, Fille de la Nuit

Past: Thursday, February 22, 2018 8:30 PM → 7 PM

During the exhibition The One and the Other, a round table is organized in Toguna, a new space at the Palais de Tokyo with:

 — Kader Attia and Jean-Jacques Lebel (the artists)

 — Pierre Amrouche (antique dealer specialized in African art)

 — Brigitte Derlon (anthropologist)

 — Monique Jeudy-Ballini (anthropologist)

 — Laurence Bertrand Dorléac (historian) — moderator.

This round table allows to activate the dialogue around this exhibition designed as a research laboratory.

We thus produce together a “collective arrangement of enunciation” (according to Félix Guattari), an endless “show” which multiplies the glances, the horizons and the criteria of appreciation. This cross-cultural laboratory is still at its beginning.

The artists.
