Jeanrochdard Gallery
Jeanrochdard Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2008 and based in Paris, in the 3rd arrondissement, gallery district.
Faithful to its commitment and determination to find and promote new and young talents, the gallery represents mostly french and anglo saxons artists in their early thirties. Most of these emerging artists were given their first solo shows in Paris, if not in a gallery.
Over the years, each of the more confirmed artists have exhibited widely in both institutions and galleries throughout the world and are regularly included in international exhibitions.
The gallery presents eight to ten individual and group shows a year of artists whose diverse practices include painting, installations, drawing, sculpture and video, many of which are accompanied by publications.
In its five-years history, in addition to regular exhibitions from it’s artists, Jeanrochdard gallery has had the privilege of showing during group shows, John M. Armleder, David Ostrowski, Xavier Veilhan, Gabriele Beveridge, Oliver Osborne, Eric Tabuchi, Daniel Arsham, Sophie Calle and Hernan Bas among others.
In this upcoming year and faithful to it’s commitment, early 2014 will see mostly duo shows, where younger artists will join us enriching the gallery list and the artistic propositions in the second half.
