Florian Sumi — Biographie — Slash Paris

Florian Sumi was born in 1984 in Dijon, he lives and works in Paris.
He studied at the Beaux Arts in Dijon under the direction of Marc Camille Chaimowicz. He attended a residency in Park Saint Léger between 2012 and 2013. His recent group exhibitions include, La Villa du Parc, Centre d’art Contemporain d’Annemasse, Galerie Machete, (Mexico City, Mexico); Escougnou-Cetraro gallery (Paris), PMgalerie, (Berlin, Germany); Favorite Goods (Los Angeles, CA); LeCube (Issy Les Moulineaux, France); Reference Gallery (Richmond, VA); MiddleMarch (Bruxelles, Belgium). His first solo will take place at the Escougnou-Cetraro gallery (Paris) in July 2017, and at the CAC Bretigny in 2018.
His work joined the collections of Frac des Pays de Loire, LeCube and Famille Servais Collection.
