The challenge facing architects today is to develop innovative architectural solutions and to design forms that assimilate aesthetic, practical, and energy-efficiency constraints for the wellbeing of all. Since it was set up in 2001, S&AA has integrated all these issues in order to produce a discerning architecture that reduces the environmental impact of buildings and promotes the ideal of “living together better”.

S&AA orchestrates these different constraints to build harmonious projects whose spaces are designed with people at their heart. For the team, coherence comes from diversity: each project is a unique response that respects not only the surrounding environment, but also the history and heritage of the site being developed, thereby breathing new life into the area.
