Thomas Lélu — Be the Change you Want to See
Past: April 14 → May 5, 2012
To Thomas Lélu each image collected must face multiple assaults, extracted from its original context where it was used for both justification and protection. It is sometimes covered, sealed, recessed as its main figure, or put in the frontal confrontation with a text leading to implosion. The confrontation is often blind, but not the least illuminating.

Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, Jeremy Kost was destined to arrive in New York one day. A photographer by accident, or rather as a cover for his shyness in the fashionable clubs and parties he frequented following his move, this Warholian Rastignac began by immortalising personalities, armed with a Polaroid camera.
