The 2nd Belleville Biennale will be held from 15 September to 20 October next, occupying the Pavillon Carré de Baudouin, the CENTQUATRE, various association premises, and artists’ studios, as well as public places. For just over a month, this multicultural neighbourhood will again become an arena for artistic experiments.
