Three artists present an installation comparing their respective approaches. Departing from the observation that our identities don’t allow us to plan for a given result but instead allow us to realise it, they have compared their fears and their dreams, with the objective of creating several communal works in one installation.

The first part of a cycle of exhibitions, ’L’art et le numérique en résonance’ (art and digital in resonance) focuses on the interaction between the media and approaches originating from the digital domain. In questioning the economic and social context, digital art offers us a representation of the contemporary world.

The Gallery Catherine Putman present the work of Eloïse Van der Heyden. This young artist prints hand knotted threads of fabrics whereby inscribes itself the human spirit faced with the test of time and wear and tear. She sees in the aura of these textiles a way of speaking about human ties that we create and which come apart throughout years.

For the piece in the court, he reinterprets in charcoal Félix Vallotton’s ’Quatre torses’ (Four Torsos), in the form of deconstructed and repeated motifs. Coloured and enclosed landscapes superimpose themselves on the backs of the large naked figures.

The Crédac present a monographic show devoted to the French artist Bruno Pélassy. Following studies in textile and jewelry design, Pélassy began his art career in the early 1990s, a period marked by the trauma of AIDS. If his work is dark in many ways, it is also sensitive, clear-sighted, romantic and radiant.

The cycle ’Eternel retour’ (eternal repeat) reflects its own form: the spiral movement of a time folded back on itself, at the point where everything is regenerated. Each year, on its anniversary date, the Perception Park gallery restates its intent to collaborate by exploring what returns, what remains and what survives the passing of time.

In the space of ’Les églises’, Nicolas Momein realises a monumental work in suspension, animated by a certain bulging. A controlled accident, exploiting the properties of the material used, which deforms a taut canvas and models an inverted relief. This sculpture has called on the particular capabilities of a local enterprise.

The CPIF presents works of two Italian artists : Paola De Pietri and Alessandra Spranzi. Alessandra Spranzi methodically selects photographs from manuals or classified ads magazines and completely transforms them. Paola De Pietri questions the way in which historical transformations give substance to urban or ‘natural’ landscapes.
