Bernard Bazile
In the early 1980s, moving away from the traditional places of contemporary art, Bernard Bazile invests the metro, the vague terrain or even the bourgeois apartment. From 1983 to 1987, he worked in collaboration with the artist Jean-Marc Bustamante under the name BazileBustamante.
Bernard Bazile’s work has been the subject of solo exhibitions at the Centre Pompidou _It’s o.k. to say no! _ in 1993, at the Institut d’Art Contemporain de Villeurbanne A measure for all in 2004 and group exhibitions in many institutions in France and abroad.
