36 15 deux point zéro
Past: April 26 → May 12, 2013
After 30 years of service in France, the Minitel was switched off on the 30th June last year. This passive terminal was a radical innovation adopted by the wide public for both its electronic telephone directory and lonely hearts messaging service.
Today artists have seized upon it to give it a second life. The exhibition 36 15 two dot zero shows the works of three artists who have overturned, transformed and revived the obsolete beige box.
