Japanese artist living in Berlin, Shiota explores the bridges between cultures. Using threaded wires, the artist combines performance, corporal art and setups in a process disposing the body at its centre. Her artistic use of multi-dimension explores notions of time, movement, memory and dream. The experience due to this staging applies for a mental and physical commitment, from the viewers.
