This event presents a panorama of the new generation of European photographers. It aims to highlight the cultural space shared by Europeans and based on a common cultural heritage, to promote exchanges by showing to the French public, photographers and European actors from the world of image and to lay out, through the photographic medium, the outlines of a European identity.

In the core of the programme, an exhibition of 41 photographers invite to discover how creative and talented young European photography is. How do young photographers consider Europe today? What are their sources of inspiration? Their worries? How do they consider the future? Thanks to the Pixee application (free), the visitor, through his mobile phone, will have access to the video of the artists exhibited as well as the digital artistic contents by taking pictures of the works of the exhibition with the Pixee application.

This first festival intends to unite and create a network of European actors from the world of image sharing the same ambition than Fetart: help young photographers to integrate into the professional world.
