Galerie Laurent Godin presents “Paperwork”, a collective exhibition showcasing a selection of works around the paper medium. Through the diversity of its use — in space as well as of its surface -, and the different forms of representation it can induce, paper refers to a wide range of approaches. This multidisciplinary exhibition proposes to explore the possibilities of the medium beyond the definition commonly spread of “work on paper”: material or object of a work, paper extends the developement of a personal iconography, becomes a support for an artwork’s (re)production or can be used to question volume.
