For Slick Paris 2013 we are presenting two artists of different generations to create a dialogue between their works: Laurence De Leersnyder and Corinne Laroche.

While Laurence De Leersnyder uses materials such as plaster, concrete or wood in order to materialise the marks and traces of movement, Corinne Laroche approaches drawing through the series, centred on the idea of territory, gestural repetition and the filling of space.

For our project the two artists will confront two of their major works: Once Upon a Time… 2012 by Corinne Laroche and Ligne de Terre I, 2012 by Laurence Leersnyder. The project will be completed by other works of these two artists.
