Lyndi Sales — On Being
Past: May 6 → June 27, 2021
*Lyndi Sales is searching.
She is searching for an elsewhere and is searching for a reunion. An escape to better connect to the world, to others, to herself. A love quest in the platonic sense, where _love_ means _a progression towards the knowledge of beauty_ and _in fine_ the access to the _indivisible_.

Lyndi Sales — Un jour j’ai trouvé un papillon arc-en-ciel
Past: January 26 → March 16, 2019
Going from the specific to reach the universal, Lyndi Sales explores fundamental structures and symbols through a diversity of cultures and fields of knowledge. The chosen shape, medium and technique carry as much signification as the subject matter. Lyndi Sales’ rhizome-like work embraces very widely to show the impermanence and fragility of fundamental conditions.

Didier Boussarie — Lyndi Sales — Liens
Past: March 23 → April 22, 2017

Past: May 10 → June 21, 2014
The works that Lyndi Sales is presenting at the galerie Maria Lund take the shape of sophisticated laser cutouts, on paper and on Plexiglas. They are inspired by reflections on perception, as expressed by Aldous Huxley in “The doors of perception”.

For C-M Chapel, matter and expression are one, Lee Jin-Woo builds his works by layering sheets of traditional Korean paper, Peter Martensen has been developing the world of “experts”, Min Jun-Yeon’s work mingles straight lines, Lyndi Sales started questioning the idea of perception, M. Ulvedal Bjelke explores painting, and Desire is the theme of Yoo Hye-Sook’s work.

Group Show — Archipel — Archipelago
Past: July 6 → September 1, 2012
Archipelago is a journey through Lyndi Sales’ arid lands and Maria Loizidou’s imaginary landscapes, a stopover in the contemplative field of Lee Jin-Woo and a wandering through Yoon Ji-Eun’s daily living microcosm. It is also an observation of Didier Boussarie’s domestic cacti and Helen Schmitz’ flowers as well as a dive into Catherine’s dreamlike universe.

Lyndi Sales — Surveillance passive
Past: October 21 → December 3, 2011
Central to Lyndi Sales’s recent work is the “real-imaginary”. Possibly utopian, this project nevertheless carries the conviction that by seeking to surpass the limits of perception, new paths become accessible. Her work lies closer to a more complete, more whole vision where everything is connected, whereas we often only experience fragments of reality.
