Pat Steir
The American painter Pat Steir uses large-scale canvases, and her vast paintings thus tell the story of the original movement of water, like the waterfalls that would have us see and feel that we are ourselves fluidity and waterfalls. Since the mid-1980s, Pat Steir has been pouring paint onto her canvases using buckets and large brushes. Over the years, Pat Steir has become a true master in her pouring technique.
