Pierre Tectin’s creations call on our senses and reveal, beyond their physical form, a reinterpretation of the world, carried by the desire for re-appropriation. As though visual haikus, they emphasise rapidity of execution as well as the patient observation of objects in order to arrive at a furtive interpretation, as faithful as they are removed from the sense’s intentions.
