La galerie Dutko présente du 20 avril au 27 mai une exposition d’œuvres de l’artiste Max Wechsler. Dès les années 1950, inspiré par des artistes comme Paul Klee et Jean Dubuffet, il peint des portraits et des paysages aux couleurs vives. Il passera ensuite par une période d’abstraction avant de laisser place aux collages de différents matériaux, papiers et journaux.

Cinq ans après sa disparition, ce solo-show regroupant un ensemble important de sculptures, sera l’occasion de redécouvrir cette œuvre exigeante, à la simplicité formelle intemporelle. Cette exposition a été imaginée avec la complicité de Jean-Michel Wilmotte.
