Anthony McCall — Face to face IV

Ce sculpteur de l’immatériel présente, pour la première fois, une double projection dont les images se font face et offre dans un jeu continu une chorégraphie nouvelle où les lignes se répondent et s’accordent. De la variété de courbes et de droites émerge un dialogue qui confère une dimension narrative à l’œuvre.

Martine Aboucaya Gallery presents Anthony McCall’s third solo show. The English artist shows a new volumetric, solid-light installation, “Throes”, which will be on view from Wednesdays to Saturdays. The artist also shows a suite of drawings that take as their starting-point the shifting, mutating, ‘ellipse-wave’ forms of the projected installation.
