The World Is Not As I See It (suite)
Past: July 7 → 28, 2012
The show is about individuality often affected by the relationship with others. The concern of not displeasing, of shaping oneself to please, belonging to a group, fitting into a society. As many concerns which, in a conscious acceptance, lead human being to split in two, to alienate. A conditioning accentuated by the inquisitive eye and the judgment of others.

Man-Made — Carte blanche à Eva Nielsen
Past: April 5 → May 3, 2012
“ What interests me is the idea of creating a bedside image, a manipulation one gives himself, perhaps for reassurance. The image created, the form delivered to the world becomes a talisman, with a protective and (in)fallible aura.(…) All these artists put their hand on their medium to overflow and create their own landscape, like a grip on reality.”
