L’idée est de rebondir face à la situation actuelle en continuant à échanger et travailler avec des artistes. Cela permet de proposer aux publics un contenu inédit, de partager des œuvres réalisées sur le vif et inspirées du confinement .

L’image c’est celle de la ville, une image, somme toute, assez banale, une image habituelle du quotidien, mais faite de mille détails de la construction, de la publicité, du mobilier urbain, l’addition de centaines d’individualités, de décision et parfois d’aberrations. François Cuzin propose ici une collaboration avec ses amis et les visiteurs.

Accrochage collectif d’artistes — Hors-champ. De la pensée à l’œuvre

This exhibition is a selection that uses the concept of experience as a pretext for showing more intimate, hitherto unseen aspects of the work of these artists.The participating artists have provided previously unshown works, together with sketchbooks, studies and other material potentially sustaining for the creative process, although sometimes having no direct link with what they usually exhibit.

The image created, the form delivered to the world becomes a talisman, with a protective and (in)fallible aura.(…) All these artists put their hand on their medium to overflow and create their own landscape, like a grip on reality.”

The exhibition takes its name from a work by Aurélie Godard: Carlo Mollino in San Remo. Here it’s a homage to the architect through the evocation of one of his unfinished projects, based in Italy and positioned to dominate the Mediterranean. Le rêve de surplomber exhibits a selection of imaginary architectural works.

Outre-Forêt

L’Outre-Forêt est une zone du Nord de l’Alsace coupée du reste du pays par une épaisse barrière d’arbres. À une époque où les bois ne se traversaient qu’à pied ou à cheval, cette frontière forestière avait la réputation d’être périlleuse voire infranchissable. La réalité de cet au-delà était alors nimbée de mystères : rares étaient ceux qui osaient s’y aventurer pour pouvoir en témoigner.
