Dans le cadre du 40e anniversaire du Centre Pompidou, Micro Onde, Centre d’art de l’Onde, et le cneai s’associent pour proposer une double exposition, placée sous la responsabilité de Yann Chateigné et Tiphanie Blanc. Prenant comme point de départ l’année 1977, le projet rayonne en amont et en aval du temps jusqu’à nos jours.

The exhibition at the Grand Palais takes a simultaneously chronological and thematic approach to the critical and artistic highlights of Picasso’s career and the myth that gradually built up around his name. The great stylistic phases and emblematic works by Pablo Picasso are put alongside contemporary creations.

B.A.B.E — The Best Artists Books and Editors

Pour B.A.B.E, les livres seront intégrés dans un dispositif reprenant la structure d’une molécule d’ADN, les livres formeront eux-mêmes cette structure en forme de double-hélice droite. Dans l’espace d’exposition des écrans présenteront des vidéos où l’on découvre l’intérieur de ces livres.

They have chosen to respond with a curatorial proposal which adds to the traditional methods of selecting a group exhibit a more collective logic, operating by ricochet.

This exhibition celebrates Berlin’s art scene from the 60’s to the present day, marked by a turning point in 1989 with the fall of the Berlin Wall. It is also a tribute to the original life of Michel Würthle, graphic artist, collector and owner of the Paris Bar, located at 152 Kantstrasse in Berlin.
