From the emergence of avant-garde movements in the nineteenth century to artists’ engagement in more recent protest and social revolt movements, art has been renewing its strategies and its forms of opposition.

The workshop will focus on the design and understanding of complex networks through mapping and visual analysis in order to expand the individual’s thinking about the network as a creative medium. Starting from hand drawn simple graph diagrams, participants gradually build complex network models.

A gendered relief of tensed flesh, establishing an image that is slowly covered by other images, like with much symbolic clothing.
