They have a real penchant for the subversive character of apparitions, levitations, the remote moving of objects and other spiritualist phenomena. This exhibition highlights their work, full of mocking humour, with a selection of 30 or so original photographs of the paranormal phenomena.

When Adel Abdessemed’s work first appeared on the art scene in around 2000, it was perceived as a response to the convulsive vicissitudes of the contemporary world, using the language of art to capture all their characteristic energy and violence.
